4SO president, DJCraziAce, worked on this theme before Winter Park’s homecoming even happened! Their prom advisor asked if the 4SO Crew could create a pyramid truss structure to highlight the Lollapalooza-esque theme. Of course, the ideas kept growing from there and we wound up with this 100′ wide setup that swallowed the entire wall of Disney’s Swan and Dolphin Southern Hemisphere ballroom! Four video screens totaling over 56 feet, lasers, projection mapping, pixel mapping, and a bunch of other technical jargon all came together for this killer prom setup. DJCraziAce says this was his best performance yet! Maybe it was because it was a sold out event (over 1500 tickets sold); or maybe it was because it was our biggest homecoming setup yet. Either way, both the DJ and the crowd felt the energy! This “Around the World” homecoming featured over 375′ of pipe and drape featuring projector mapping, a 40×40 truss structure (with a projector mapped globe), a MASSIVE light show, lasers, photobooth, and a killer sound rig. Lake Howell High rocked out with DJ D-Lyfe and 4SO Crew for their 2015 Homecoming! We brought out an amazing light show, pipe and drape for the back wall (with uplights) and one of our Snap Yourself Silly! Photobooths. The students had such a great time that our Photobooth staff were told by parents (when they called Monday to ask to download photos) that students said it was the best homecoming they’ve ever experienced. The Great Gatsby / Roaring 20s is a very popular themeset, so we’re faced with the challenge of making each setup a bit different than the rest. Winter Park’s prom took a new spin as we made our setup as wide as possibly, drowning out an entire wall from the Disney’s Swan ballroom.
