Last year, Bayshore High School chose a Titanic theme, and this year it was Gatsby. This is a perfect segue thanks to the Titanic-Gatsby Conspiracy (look it up). The Polo Grill was completely transformed with lighting, drape, string lighting, custom outdoor projections, and most notably: projector mapping. The entire back wall was made to look like windows where students could peek into Jay Gatsby’s infamous parties, as well as other great things from the ’20s.
