Winter Springs had 4SO help them with every aspect of their Italian-themed 2022 prom. The hotel lobby was adorned with multiple photo stations, including modeling lights for the perfect glow. Italian string lighting was strung all round the lobby which led to a beautiful entrance walkway set off with our stunning real streelight posts! The Showstopper I-Beam was a crown feature in our 2022 prom tour, and WSHS had to jump in on the action, customizing it with warm white string lights, hundreds of feet in vines, and gorgeous ceiling drape. We also provided centerpieces, light up cocktail tables, CONFETTI, Cool Chill Blast, two photobooths… we pretty much brought everything except the food! Winter Park’s 2022 Prom was their biggest one ever! Drippin’ in Luxury was enhanced by a custom entrance with video mapped draping having diamonds “rain” down on the sides. On the sides of the Hyatt Grand Cypress Windsong’s Ballroom were two LED columns with luxury brands drippin’ down as students came in. Our ShowStopper I-Beam adorned a HUGE dance area with beautifully displayed ceiling drape, an elegant light show, AND wall projections around the room. Oviedo’s 22 prom was so cool! We had a custom tunnel that was closed off until it was time to enter. The tunnel revealed a starscape and a custom LED screen arch celebrating their Van Gogh Starry Night theme. We even created their logo with inspiration from Van Gogh’s signature. Once they walked in ANOTHER tunnel appeared.. this time the screen was at the TOP with special effects on the side to make it look like they walked into the painting itself. Our Magic LED Bracelets had every student become part of the color scheme, dual photobooths were slammed all night, the music was LOUD and exciting thanks to DJCraziAce, royalty danced on clouds, and so much more happened.. this is a must...
